Designed with all fitness levels in mind, this half day event is a great opportunity to take part in:
- A 50 minute barre workout session with Tamsyn Butt - designed to help strengthen and tone
- A 50 minute HIIT session with Arron Collins-Thomas
- A nutrition workshop with Caroline Chilton-Bates filled with advice and tips to help you improve your overall fitness.
